Nestled in the northwest section of Oconee County, Old Waverly is the premier Swim & Tennis subdivision with all estate lots of one acre or more. Amenities include a beautiful pool, pavilion building with restrooms, tennis courts, playscape area, street lighting, sidewalks, and two entrances. Residents spend many mornings and evenings walking or running through the subdivision sometimes with their pets. The exteriors are primarily brick and stone in traditional architectural design with touches of Georgian, French provincial, and Colonial styles utilized to add character and diversity. Although several small towns and cities make up Oconee County, the county seat is Watkinsville.
